EIPIN Foundation
The legal structure for the EIPIN Foundation is that of a non-profit legal person under Dutch law. Its incorporation can be found in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 86454951 under the name ‘Stichting EIPIN’. The EIPIN Foundation’s stated social or charitable aim is: ‘to promote research in the field of intellectual property and everything that belongs to or is useful for this purpose, all in the broadest sense of the word.’
The governance of the Foundation is carried out by its appointed Board, comprising at a minimium a chair (the president), secretary and treasurer, in support of the EIPIN Foundation Council of Participants, led by the EIPIN Presidency.
